How can I complete the KYC process for a personal account?

To complete the KYC process , please follow these steps:

1. Log in to Noqodi via the web portal or mobile app.
2. Click “Proceed” to begin the Account Verification process.
3. Complete the Signatory ID Verification – including face and document scanning.

• If the facetech score is below the threshold, a Jira ticket will be raised automatically for review.

4. Enter your personal details on the Personal Information screen.
5. Complete the Politically Exposed Person (PEP) declaration.
6. Submit your application.

You will receive an email notification once your KYC is approved by our Operations and Compliance team (usually within 2 business days).
After approval, your account KYC status will be updated to “Medium” and you can access Noqodi services.
