How can I top up my wallet while I receive a VPN error message?

Please use one of the following alternative methods to top up your Noqodi account.

 

1. Virtual Account Transfer

  • Log in to your Noqodi account
  • Navigate to User Management → Your Accounts
  • Use the displayed virtual IBAN to transfer funds

2. Exchange House (Al Ansari)

  • Visit any Al Ansari branch
  • Provide your wallet ID number for direct funding
