How can I add a bank account to withdraw funds?

To add a beneficiary bank account, kindly follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the Noqodi web portal or mobile app. 

2. Navigate to “Customer Details” and select “Add Bank Account.” 

3. Enter the following details: 

• Bank Name 

• IBAN Number 

• Account Name 

• Nickname 

4. Upload your bank account statement. 

5. Click “Add Beneficiary.” 

Your request will be sent to Noqodi Back Office for approval. Once approved, the bank details can be used for fund withdrawals.
