How can I withdraw funds as cash?

To withdraw your funds in cash, please follow these steps:

1. Select “Cash” as your withdrawal option.

2. A token number will be generated for the cash amount.

3. Visit any Al Ansari Exchange branch and present the token along with your verified identity document (Passport, Emirates ID, or UAE Visa).

4. Ensure that your account details match your ID. The exchange house will not issue cash if there is a mismatch.

Your funds will then be provided to you in cash.
